I have begun to suspend accounts that do not have a birthdate, or have a birthdate lacking the year. If this includes your journal(s) please file a support ticket to get it addressed. Thanks!
UPDATE: Yes, this DOES include communities. I've been saying for over a month that even communities must have the birthdate of their creator. That way we have all our butts covered ;)
Whether comm or personal journal, you do NOT have to display the birthdate to the public! It just has to be present in the database.
UPDATE 2: YOUR birthdate should be in the birthdate field. Your character's birthdate can go in the biography. Please update your character journals appropriately. Thanks!
