Rules:
01. No copyrighted material in public theme submissions. Sure it can get boring making mood-themes from scratch without inspiration, but we can't allow mood-themes whose content includes material from media that has been copyrighted.
02. Provide a sample of the mood-theme you are providing. Nothing major or time-consuming, just an example of a few moods you may want to display and a link to the download for the rest of the mood-theme.
