Glorious Eden is a non-au Asian music rpg, set mainly in Japan and Korea. Regardless of setting, any Asian muses are allowed and encouraged to join.
Rules
* We are looking for dedicated players only. We don't care how many groups you belong to, but please don't join if you are spread too thin to pay attention to your muse/s here. It holds up storylines for other people and is not fair to those who are dedicating enough attention to the game.
* On the same theme of dedication, we ask that you post at least once every two weeks. If you cannot post within that time, you'll be given a one-week notice to fix the problem and will be cut if you do not. Likewise, please post within a week of your claim so we know that you're truly interested in the group. Exceptions can be made for school/work/etc but please make sure to make a post about it before you get put on the warning list.
* Muse limit is set at 3. You may claim more than one muse, but we'd like you to just start off with one, if you're new to the community. Get used to the group, get used to the muses, and show us you pay attention first... then you can start thinking about another claim. Currently, claims on 2nd and 3rd muses are set to two months after your initial claim and acceptance will be based on your first muse's level of activity.
* Keep IC and OOC knowledge separate. This may seem self-evident to most people, but you've probably all known someone who couldn't keep it straight. If you and some-mun else are talking about the game... PLEASE remember that your muse is not a party to the conversation, and cannot guess or react to things they do not know. They are not psychic.
* Know your muse. To some extent, this comes down to personal preference and your ability to write a believable persona. But don't claim someone because you saw their picture somewhere once and thought they looked kinda sexy. Do the research.
* If you have an OOC problem with another player, please make an attempt to resolve the problem with that player, first. Do not take it IC. If the problem cannot be resolved by mature communication between the two (or more) of you who are disagreeing, ask a mod to mediate.
* Adult situations are allowed but please be mature about it. This is not a game just to get your muse laid. In this same vein, all sexualities are allowed but please don't feel that your muse has to swing towards the yaoi/yuri side of things. Let them choose who they love.
* No dead muses. We're sorry, but it affects too many muses who knew the person in life to have people popping up 'back from the dead', and we don't want ghosts.
* No suicides. Unfortunately, this tends to be a roleplay killer- which spoils things majorly for the other muns. If you feel that your character has to commit suicide for some reason, please take him or her out of the game.
* Please communicate clearly with other players before roleplaying scenes that involve one of their muses being abused in a physical form.
* Pregnancy: It lasts 9 months. If you let your muse get knocked up, she must be prepared to deal with the consequences. Time passes normally here.
* Not going to be around? Please make sure to mark your posts with the appropriate title:
Hiatus - Used for extended periods of time only. Hiatus implies that the muse will not be able to be active within the community for at least two weeks. That means no commenting either. If you have time to comment, you have time to post.
Notice of Unavailability - This is simply giving the community a heads up that you won't be around for a few days. You're still held to the two week posting requirement.

Journal: their journal
Screenname: their SN (on aim)
Sample Journal: If possible, we'd like to see a previous journal for your muse. If this is your first time playing them, another muse's journal will do.
Writing Sample: To get a better feel for you and your muse, please give us a small writing sample (preferably as said muse).
Comments: anything else you'd like to tell us
Please email all applications here and then post them to the community once you've been accepted into the game.
